India is being the largest democratic country where in each 5 year general election is held to constitute the new Government. It has been almost 72 years that India got independence. And in each 5 year government is structured but still the dream of developed country has not been realized. It is very unfortunate that till today the country of 1.3 billion citizens is struggling in the status of developing county (low and middle income country). The only reason for this is every civilian thinks that the development of a country is sole responsibility of government. But truly the dream of developed country can only be realized when their citizens will be fully aware and awake.
Now the question arises how citizens can be fully aware and awake to contribute to the growth of the nation? First as a countryman every Indian should first emphasize on the basic and most essential things for which every Indian struggle. Let us discuss the 10 fundamental things for which every Indian strives.
1. The rise in standard of living with minimum cost expenditure:
Every Indian struggles to increase their standard of living. All wants to lead a better life in terms of house, vehicle, essential accessories, income, savings and growth. Everyone wants the necessitous service at lowest price such as cooking gas, petrol and groceries. Each citizen wants to minimize the expenditure cost and better saving while availing these services.
2. Transportation Facilities:
A good and economical transportation facility is everyone’s dream. Nice road connectivity, good bus, trains and flight facilities is every Indian’s wish. Everyone wants the transportation service should be available in reasonable price so that people can take some benefits from government.
3. Medical Facilities :
Nowadays medicines and hospital service are much more costly. Each and every citizen is worried if any medical case will happen then lakhs of money first need to be arranged & spent.
Medical facilities with affordable price should be available to every Indian citizen. The interest of senior citizen should be protected in hospital service. They should be provided with good hospital amenities with some marginal concession and better care.
4. Educational Facilities:
Every parent wants their children must avail high education with nominal price. Government schools and colleges should provide quality based education with quality based service. The increase educational fees in Private educational organization should have put to a limit.
5. Employment:
India being the largest population in youth, every youth seeks for the employment in preferable sector. Employment must be generated with a firm employment strategy in which the youth mass will get absolute engagement.
6. Women Empowerment :
In India now women are playing major role in the development of nation. Special care should be taken care for empowerment and protection of women through right provisions and policy.
7. Infrastructure:
Every Indian wants better infrastructure starting from road, railway station, hospital, school and colleges.
8. Agriculture:
Food is the essential commodity, without it no one can survive. India being the country of largest population should emphasize more and more on own agriculture production.
9. Pollution:

10. Peace and Harmony in country:
Every Civilian wants peace and harmony. The peace and harmony can be maintained with a profound judiciary system and proper governance. The internal regional and racial conflicts should be always avoided. The anti national, Maoist and terrorist activities should be counterfeited with better diplomatic approach and high end defense arm and weapon.

But for that citizen’s awareness is absolutely necessary.
